We bought our first car, a 2017 HBS (Hatchback Sport), at the very start of 2017. This car was the demo car for the Portland Auto Show that year and was the first manual transmission HBS to hit the west coast. We were lucky to pick it up before it ever saw a dealership showroom. This car holds a special place in our hearts as it’s the foundation that we built this company on. We spent over a year developing and testing parts for this car before we even announced ourselves as a brand. Our approach was to keep things in reach and build a car that the average enthusiast and DIY guy could build. See how we progressed this little sleeper below.

The next step in modifying our FK7 after we designed the exhaust and intake was to start tuning it so we could optimize our freshly installed parts. Even thought our full exhaust and intake system don’t require any tuning on a 2016+ Civic Hatchback Sport to work; we wanted to dial in the fueling and ignition maps to make squeeze out more hp out of our car. To accomplish this we turned to Doug over at Hondata.
There are two easy ways to get more performance out of a turbocharged car. Make it
easier for air to get in and easier for air to get out. On this new 10th generation Honda Civic the best
place to start is with a performance cold air intake and downpipe. Both of these items are readily
available, easy to install, and give some great bang for the buck.
The AIM Solo 2 is, it is a small and compact track day racing lap timer that automatically tells you your race track lap times with GPS technology. Using its built-in GPS the unit can automatically identify the finish line coordinates and automatically start sampling and displaying your lap times real world.
