27WON Limited Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee everything we make. We are so convinced that you’ll love 27Won parts that we guarantee every Honda part we sell with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects!
Short Version:
It’s super important to us that you feel taken care of! We’ll do everything reasonable to make this happen.
Long Version:
The 27WON branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product on the vehicle on which they were originally installed. This warranty excludes product purchased from an unauthorized dealers or sellers.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the worn-out or defective component without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unmodified items are covered. This lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper maintenance, negligence, racing, commercial use or wear and tear.
27WON further gives a one-year limited warranty against wear and tear at its discretion on components such as, but not limited to bearings and seals in turbochargers, caliper seals in brake components and cosmetic finishes on parts. Only original, unmodified items are covered. This Wear and Tear warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper maintenance, negligence, racing, or commercial use.
Issues not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to 27WON with a Warranty Authorization Number. All warranty shipments must be pre-paid and insured by the sender. 27WON will not be liable for in-bound shipping costs or packages lost in transit.
This warranty extends to both domestic and international customers.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations on the duration of the warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
27WON is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or removal and installation labor.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
